Generally we do not offer monetary refunds for returned items, due to the nature of our products this is for sanitation and hygiene reasons. However, in some cases, your returned items may be accepted in exchange for online credit either for the full amount or in part dependent upon the reason for your return. This credit can then be used in full or in part to purchase any items from our range at a future date. Please note that any shipping costs you have incurred are NOT refunded by us.
